As real estate investors, you know that adding value is the only way to get ahead. Our strategy is to find the most run down single family homes, covert them into duplexes and then build garden suites to maximize the investment. Check out a few of the projects we have completed.
PROJECT HOOVER
We purchased this home with a Joint Venture partner in 2020. It was old and outdated and needed a major refresh! We turned it into a duplex, put in new floors, painted, new kitchen upstairs, reconfigured the basement, added a washroom and kitchen in the basement and we have recently completed a garden suite to turn this once single family home into a triplex!
PROJECT ECCLES
We purchased Eccles with a JV Partner in 2021. We quickly turned this single family home into a dulplex, put new kitchens and floors in and painted to give it a fresh new look! We have built a garden suite to turn this property into a triplex.
PROJECT CREIGHTON
This beautiful home was built from the ground up! We purchased the lot in 2019 with a JV Partner and built a custom for the purpose of selling. You can be confident in knowing we have the construction knowledge and resources to complete these properties at cost to maximize profits for our Joint Venture Partners.
